Pilates and Life Coach ~ Availabe for Private Sessions and Small Group Classes

Agata discovered Pilates in grad school and instantly fell in love with the method. She received her training for Mat I+II (2012) with world-renowned Power Pilates. She continued her own practice as well as teaching mat in various institutions in NYC, and eventually completed a rigorous comprehensive training in 2020. Upon moving to Torrington, CT she’s been building her own business and home studio.

In early 2025 Agata added yet another qualification: Life Coaching. “After many years of teaching pilates, I’ve noticed that my clients have been coming to me not only for pilates and movement rehabilitation, but also for mental support. That lead me to explore the subject and incorporate life coaching into my services.
